Aberdares National Park is host to some of the best waterfalls in Kenya and it also has the tallest waterfall in Kenya, Karuru Waterfall which has 3 tiers or steps that total to 273m high

Besides Karuru, we’ll also check out the thunderous Chania Falls and the beautiful Magura falls (also known as Queen’s falls)

All 3 waterfalls can be visited on foot within a few minutes walk from the parking areas for each waterfall. Approximate total distance to be walked is 2km for all the 3 falls
Please note that this is not a hike but more of scenic visit with some bit of walking. We will be driven from 1 waterfall to the next and the final stretch to each waterfall will involve a short section of walking down to the falls
Along with visiting the 3 waterfalls, we might also be able to see wildlife and birds as we drive along the roads inside Aberdares National Park
