2022 was the year I let myself out in the wild. I started hiking, without any plan. I saw an online advert for a hike over one weekend and I jumped in. Little did I know that I would go for the next and the next and before long I was hiking every month. All thanks to Matembezi Travellers Club who made my adventurous spirit rekindled in the most exciting way. Their travels, hikes and safaris are researched and planned well in advance with very open and clear communication and regular updates. After the trip they would obtain feedback so that they can improve the next experience and I've loved that all the way. Their no smoking, no alcohol policy ensures that all the hikers are comfortable while going for the trips that encompasses the whole family; the old, children, men and women. The trips are very quiet allowing time for reflection as we prepare to get into nature. I've brought with me a couple of my friends on the last couple of trips and I surely recommend them to anyone who would like to connect with nature in its raw form. Together we have enjoyed road trips, nature trails, hikes, birds watching, waterfalls, bathing in the Kenyan rivers and watching wildlife. It's magical. Thanks Matembezi Travellers Club. I highly recommend Matembezi travellers Club for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Kenya and engage in fun outdoor activities. I have had the pleasure of going on several trips with them over the past two years, including visits to Hell's Gate, Kereita Forest for zip lining, Sleeping Warrior, Karuru Falls and Ragia Forest. Each of these experiences was truly memorable and offered something unique and exciting. One of the things I really enjoyed about these trips was the opportunity to get fit and enjoy the great outdoors. The hikes and outdoor activities were both scenic and great for my physical health. I also had the chance to meet many nice people and build great friendships during these trips. The people I've met at Matembezi travellers club were always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic time on these trips with Matembezi travellers club and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and memorable outdoor adventure. Matembezi Travelers Club has been a precious discovery for me and my family. I have always wanted to travel and experience nature and the club has offered me an exciting opportunity to do that at reasonable rates and in the company of people who I share common interests with. Out of the many trips that I have done with the club, two stand out: The great Amboseli and the close encounter with the elephants and an array of other animals and birds and secondly the ziplining experience at the Forest and the thrilling experience of being airborne high up on top of the forest. The organisers ( Chintan and ..) are passionate travellers who care about giving the members a rewarding and memorable trip every time. I highly recommend Matembezi Travellers Club.

Matembezi are cost effective and well organised. My experience so far has been amazing, I have felt safe and comfortable throughout with them. They have multiple events planned out within a year, you can always book and prepare within whatever time that works for you. Additionally they listen to critique/requests and try to improve constantly.

I first joined Matembezi because of how affordable they were in their trips to very interesting locations. I chose to stay and keep traveling with them because of their professionalism and how well they handle their clients. I have been traveling with them for the past one year and I would highly recommend them for any trip. They make traveling easy and fun.

What I like most about MTC is the organisation and order they have. The constant communication with members informing them of trips and what to expect. Another thing I really appreciate is that Chintan and his team always take time to go see/do due diligence on a destination before they advertise it to their members. Also, you get what you pay for and that's a big plus!

I'm delighted to be a member of MTC group. It's only by being a member that I got a chance to visit all the new places and I've enjoyed every bit of it. The charges are fair and affordable. Chintan and the team encourage group participation on deciding some of the places to visit. I would highly recommend to go on expeditions with this group; I remember the first time I dared to join them and I was very new to the event and I never felt like a stranger. Great hospitality , very professional, always creative and very fresh ideas. I remember the visits that happened years ago with them but the beauty of it is I remember it as though it happened an hour ago because of the great experience I had - totally memorable and worth every shilling. The visits to Ngare Ndare, Hells Gate, Naivasha, Karuru falls etc just to mention but a few. Overall, if you're looking for epic, scenic, memorable and great travels look no further than with Matembezi travellers club they cater for the all sorts of hikers the experienced, intermediate and certainly the starters.

So far the best travel companion, affordable and very versatile. I love the fact that it's multifaceted where you can choose the type of experience you want; whether it's a game drive, hiking or going to those magical sites/destinations for/with scenic views. I highly recommend it.

I have had the pleasure of going on numerous trips with Matembezi Travelers club over the years and have consistently had an amazing time. Some of the destinations I have visited with them include Mt. Longonot, Ngong Hills, Ngare Ndare, Hell's Gate, the geothermal spa, Ragia, Karuru Waterfalls, Kereita, and Castle Forest. One of the things I enjoy about traveling with Matembezi Travelers club is the variety of activities they offer. I've had the opportunity to do everything from ziplining to swimming in the geothermal spa, and each activity has been thrilling and well-organized. The views at all of these destinations have been breath-taking and truly refreshing, and the guides have always been knowledgeable and attentive. I have been traveling with Matembezi Travelers Club since 2018 and my experiences have been consistently positive. The group is highly organized and costs are always affordable. Communication is always timely and clear, and the company is very punctual. Bus rides are comfortable and destinations are always enjoyable and fun. Traveling with Matembezi Travelers Club leaves you with memorable life time experiences. I love that the group doesn't allow the team to bring alcohol and cigarettes during a trip. This creates a suitable environment for everyone. I like that they offer equipment like the GoPro which they share with the group. Photography is on point too Some of the places I have gone to are: Amboseli for a day trip and the game drive was definitely an adrenaline chaser as we tried to get everlasting views of the wild animals. Another was Ngare Ndare where the canopy walk was amazing, memorable and I still remember it up to date - very unique. Underneath the canopy were lots of animals and we got to see a big bull elephant which came to drink water and returned

I started going on adventures with Matembezi Travelers in January 2019. Initially, I wanted to get fit and see more of our beautiful country Kenya, but in the process, I have gotten to practice my Landscape Photography skills and made great friends and even some business associates. Matembezi Travelers is extremely organized. They ensure safety comes first and ensure everyone is comfortable (including offering light snacks).

For anyone searching for an outstanding safari experience, I heartily recommend Matembezi Travelers Club. The team was wonderfully accommodating and helpful from the minute I booked my trip, making sure that my safari was personalized to my particular interests. The offers were made clear so that I could choose which safari to go for. When I went for my first day trip, Matembezi Travelers Club had picked a tour guide who was very educated and enthusiastic about the wildlife and surroundings. Animals that I would have never been able to locate on my own were found and pointed to us. In addition, we got fascinating context and statistics about the ecology and local conservation initiatives. Further, the team showed great enthusiasm and shared their knowledge and wildlife experiences as well. The club was warm and welcoming, and it felt like we had been friends for a long time already!
